スイカ＝バイアグラ効果？！

こんちわぁ♪　いるかです(*^-^)v

夏になれば誰でも(?)食べるスイカちゃんｗ
実は結構前からシトルリンっていう成分で話題になってるんだよねっ☆

末端の血行を良くしてくれたり、血圧を整える効果のある成分なんだって。
最近では肝臓でアンモニアを解毒してくれちゃう作用も見つかって
美容や健康ブームにしっかりついていけちゃってる様子(□。□-)ゞ

ところがこのシトルリンが、あのバイアグラと成分構造が似ているって
発表があって、同じ効果があるんぢゃないかと巷(?)で話題になってるとか。
オフィス街ではOLさんがお昼休みにスイカを買う姿がみられるらしいけど
アフター５にスイカを買う男性の姿も見られるようになるかもねぃｗｗｗ

シトルリンは飲み物やサプリメントにもなるみたいだから、興味のある人は
お買い物ついでに探してみると良いかもよっ♪
ボクはとりあえず、スイカをシャクシャクいただいておきまーすっｗ

昔は五寸釘だって打てたもんだが・・・ってコレコレ。(^^;

へぇ。スイカってそんな効果があるんですね。
いるかさんはスイカのタネはどうしてますか？
俺はバリバリと全部食べちゃいますけど。(^^;
口に入れたものはもったいなくてタネひとつでも出したくない・・・(ぇ？
ひとつずつ取るのが面倒なので良く噛んで食べてます。(笑)

そっか。ほとんど水分のようですし、今年はスイカをうんと食べよう！

まぁ、成分の密度が根本的に違うでしょうから
例え同じ効果があったとしても、相当な量を食べないと
程度は期待できないかもですけどねぃσ(^_^;)
とはいえ、夏バテ解消という意味では十分効果が期待
できるんでドンドン食べましょ～♪
あ、食べすぎには注意よぉｗ
いろんな意味で元気の元になってくれるスイカは
やっぱり夏の定番って感じですねぃ(o^-^o)
